Gaming the Gothic - April 2018

This year I co-produced the first 'Gaming the Gothic' symposium, generously funded by the White Rose College of Arts & Humanities and hosted by the University of Sheffield

The event sought to study the connection between Gothic literature, media, and video games. With 24 separate speakers presenting on an incredibly diverse range of topics, as well as a charity arcade that boasted games from The Chinese Room, Failbetter Games, Infinite Fall, Secret Lab, 22nd Century Toys and Laundry Bear, the event was a great success and helped raise money for mental health charity Mind
